Do not use topical corticosteroids in proliferative stage (up to day 30) Lanolin, bacitracin, anesthetics if you have to, chose pramoxine, paba, aloevera. Nsaids first 4 days inflammatory phase (recommend acetaminophen during this phase for its analgesic effect)
