Definition: completing two or more tasks at the same time and switching from one to. It can have a lot of drawbacks another. If you are focusing on two things, you are able to get distracted very easily. Classic multitasking: watching tv and doing homework. Mixed multitasking: watchning tv and doing homework, but a unique task is unterrupted for ex a text message. Media multitasking: use of two different techs (phone and laptop) Exercise is a subconcious activity, which is why we can listen to songs. Also we are able to listen to aongs when we walk. Cognitive bottleneck: referes to the idea that if you cannot get something into the smalller space, it beecomes a problem. Ex: when on the highway there is an incident, that specifc part of the road is narrowed down. With multitaksing, its a general concept but has sifferent implication.
