Anaerobic: humans respire anaerobically when cellular energy is produced by temporarily depriving the body of oxygen. Eukaryote: human cells are eukaryotes as we have a distinct nucleus and cell organelles and we also get our nourishment from ingesting food particles. Symbiosis: humans are engaged in mutualistic symbiotic relationships. Humans get pets for companionship and or protection and in return the pets are fed, groomed etc. Consumer: humans are considered consumers because they cannot produce their own food. They have to eat (consume) plants and or animals. Predator: human being are predators as they kill animals, most times, with the intention for consumption. Carnivore: humans are carnivores because we eat animals, whether they were herbivores or carnivores themselves.
