Has heiarchy for this: common good (laws neccesary to maintain the safety and, uphold the human rights, of each individual, law maker, promilgation (must be written down/pubic/accesible)-descriptive feature. All morality is normative but not all normativity is moral. Eternal law: anything that you can think of is governed by gods eternal law. Natural law: we share in with animal in the sense that we have instincts, but we also have this aspect to go against these insticts.
