Two provinces did not want a charter, because they believe the charter will. This document will be used to against everything, to state what you can and empower a federal court. can"t do. The charter is, written in vague terms, requires interpretation. Written to expand judicial reviews where it never existed before. Whether it is a new law or an old law it has to be compliant with the charter. The supreme court exists as a statue; the charter of rights does not protect it.
