The fallacy of Loaded Presupposition:
Usually used in arguments or debates.
ex. someone who is accused of committing spousal abuse, they're in court.
defendant asks, when did you stop beating your wife? Thats a loaded question, since it contains
a previous question within, that question being, Do you beat your wife?
on page 180
example 1: the question contains a previous yes or no question
Example: has no question but has a presupposition
the presupp claim is that the liberal conservative tax is scandalous
when we argue we presuppose
and we dont justify every presupposition because if we do then we’ll never get around to our
point.
