If left untreated, becomes conduct disorder in teens: conduct disorder ignore rights of others and societal rules, assault others, ignore rules, etc. The more consistent, the better: we also need to figure out the root of it. Can be organic, but perhaps family dealing with drugs, abuse, poverty, social isolation: multi-systemic therapy is another intervention (that is very expensive).
