Think about what types of questions you would ask from a feminist perspective. Basically saying that people are over-using pain medication; over use causes addiction and death. There are approximately 14,000 deaths in the usa and an estimated 2,000 in canada annually. When you hear about opioid deaths, some of the first thoughts you may have are that the individual(s) was a street drug user, when in fact the drug was introduced for medical purposes.
