This week students must complete the academic integrity test at http://www. yorku. ca/tutorial/academic_integrity/testinstructions. html (as indicated on course outline. ) The penalty for academic dishonesty is zero on the assignment. There will be no use of internet research in this course. If there is a reference to a web site, or there is anything taken from a web site in any assignment, the assignment grade will be zero. The course kit is the only acceptable written text. If you do not understand something re-read and talk to your ta and to each other. No video recording, audio recording or transmission of lectures. The course content is a combination of lectures, tutorials, readings. They are not like labs in language or science courses. Like the lectures, tutorial content is not available anywhere else, even the course kit.
