Adaptation rich and powerful = better adapted to social & economic climate of the time. Natural selection = natural, normal & proper for the strong. Eugenics = well born = survivor practices designed to improve human heredity. Government can either chose to aid or forget these individuals. Representation = process of giving abstract ideological concepts concrete form.
