Science like law like law is neutral unbiased and objective --- law and science start speaking the same language. Look for the same thinking and principle law and medicine / big authoritative figures --- play using the same tools. Scientific method objective truth about the world, there is an objective answer to everything---- this type of thinking influence law truth could be found if we measure things objectively . Ovofl modern concept comes out of positivism --- applicable and available to everyone--- Law in practice reflects law on the books. All individuals are autonomous (free-willed), rational and self-interested. Law wants to be consistant , produce the same results, wants to be impartial and be politically autonomous .
