Is it possible to apply freedom of expression to somethings and not others. A lot of presuure on section 1 oaks test causes everything to be considered expression. All have different interests and approaches towards free speech. Includes all form of communication: john stuart mill. Not conservative but associated with them sometimes. Believes some concepts are true and others are false. Believes even if a theory is false it should be allowed to flourish. State has no right to restraint something that may not be true. Cannot determine what can and cannot be said. State does not always get it right in determining what is right to be said or not. Even though what the state says to be correct and we know it to be correct the state still should not be able to tell us what is correct or not.
