Section 2(b) freedom of expression ii commercial speech. Federal government is looking to abandon some of the charter challenging. Niq b case is probably going to be dismissed as it is still in request, pending to be heard (swearing into citizenship while having your face covered). Easy to abandon cases where they lost, but where you"ve won, and the over state of the court, you still have to go to the courts. Constitutional case involving the 407 toll highway sued someone. You either have a transponder or the camera tracks your license plate numbers and sends you a bill. If you refuse to pay the bill, you cannot renew your license plate. The 407 is a privately owned highway by a company. Under bankruptcy law (federal law), once you have filed for it, and discharged, all your debt are gone and you start again. There is a guy who drove on the 407 a lot, and never paid his bill.
