Bc said even though its an academic program, people go to law school so that they can become a lawyer but to become a lawyer isn"t up to the university/school. In order to practice law, one must write the bar test and they be accepted by law & society. Bc changed its position and said that they would not recognize the law degree. Trinity university went to other provinces about this issue, and they got mixed results.
