In the final class of our journal entry, we explored techniques that aided our whole bodies ranging from head to toe. A lot of times, i feel stiffness in my shoulders, because when my shoulders drop forward, i feel less energetic. I was instructed to lift the shoulders and drop it back down a few times. Doing this helped me pull back my shoulders and i felt more vibrant. However, i still think i need better posture to increase my stability, flexibility, and strength. We also briefly explored the grounding on our feet. By now, i understand being grounded means more than the position of our feet and balance. It also means being able to have my soul and energy being connected with the earth and the energy of the earth. I can now habitually find myself in the correct grounding position with my feet shoulder-width apart and have it sink into the earth.
