Good portrayals would be looking at the hannabalector series, christopher cox. Depicts the psychopath very well, turning on and off the charm. The cop in the movie had a version of psychopathy, but he uses it as an fbi agent, he takes the urges and turns it into something positive- prosocial psychopath. Psychopathy is basically a big game, they try to lure people to them, and if they are able to they rejoice in having won.
