High activity level because of the difficultness of having a car: heart disease is the number one killer then cancer, chronic respiratory diseases. 7 of the top 10 causes of death could be reduced significantly with positive changes in exercise, diet, smoking, and alcohol use. Wellness- an integrated and dynamic level of functioning oriented toward maximizing potential, dependent on self-responsibility. It takes more than will power to change. The key is to have a plan and having the desire to change. For successful behavior change, there needs to be a constant schedule for 6 months.
