PR 662 Lecture 65: The Poor Student

11 views2 pages

Document Summary

With any group project, team members will have different levels of their own ability and educational experience. Regardless of their skills, everyone can be utilized. This even applies for those students considered weak performers or poor students. Poor students are people who demonstrate: drive, motivation, commitment. They might work hard and try their best to contribute, but lack the ability to produce at the same higher level as other team members. The poor student might find it hard to understand group assignments or key concepts needed to excel. After reading things or materials, they might struggle to find the most relevant project points, when other team members might not struggle as much to identify the relevant points for the project. Sometimes, poor students contain the ability for good research skills, but lack the ability to organize information and write it out.
