Are we facing a shortage of registered nurses: numbers range gender and racial and ethnic background, educational background, geographic distribution, workforce issue, supply and demand. Healthcare specific is dominiated by women: 2008 cracked 50% women graduating medical students. Nursing school, hospital school, only recruited young 20"s: overtime it changed, last decades, choose 2nd or 3rd, average age is 45/50. Us nursing school enrollment: graduated and enrolled, how the story or supply and jobs for nurses, up and down. Nursing shortage, less dramatic changes in the avalibility of jobs: since 2001, steady jump in graduating around 26/27, 14-15% men in school, age, only 18% of bachelor students are over age 30, how we advise students coming in. Not sure b: better to work in high or low density. Idaho about economics and jobs it all depends: why there are not working there, or there are not a lot of hospitals, where opportunities are in a given time.
