Liberal nationalism: best way for the individual to achieve full expression in the boundaries of a well organized state, protect nation, economic protections (tariffs) You have to modify some freedoms to ensure economic protection: working class ideologies. Europe is becoming more interdependent: finance becomes international, to achieve common goals, need global cooperation.
