They said that he was autistic and living at a behavioral clinic that he kept running away from. They said that the clinic helped him from stop hurting himself: clinic said that sometimes they had to restrain him to prevent him from injuring himself. Also said that he was in a bad cycle before he died: also evidence of electrocution, aversion therapy to prevent them from harming themselves, electrocution therapy was approved, but not in the way it was in this case.
