Stopped convincing governments to invest and asked corporations from different countries. Norway is only one owned by disney. Epcot opened 1982 11 years exactly after magic kingdom. They had to build leisure entertainment for city and not just residential. Disney built park for them- tokyo disneyland. They paid disney to build park, used money for epcot. Train only goes around frontier land and not entire park so that they don"t have to register it as real train.
