Most of these are covered well in the book but a few notes: Keep your self-reg resources as high as possible. When self-reg resources low, use other strategies. Need to fix it now (much harder later) Nicotine one of the most addictive substances. Chapter 11 may be the most important chapter pages 391-410 especially carefully.
