Overview: please bring your own soft-lead pencil (#2 or softer), eraser, and a form of id to each exam. You must also know your cu student id number, which you must include on your scantron. Helpful hints: just like on the last exam, you can expect lots of application level questions. This means you need to know the material beyond simply regurgitating facts. Being able to explain each concept using your own language is a good start! I have office hours from 11am 12pm and 3:30-4:30pm on tuesdays and thursdays. As always, you can email me simple questions for clarification or to set up an appointment outside of office hours. Tamar will have office hours on wednesday, october 31 and hold a review session on. Explain what types of cells undergo meiosis, the end result of this process, and how meiosis increases genetic diversity. Explain what happens during each major stage of meiosis, especially in regards to the chromosomes.
