Talent & talent level (how do you feel about yourself) Study came from male & female tennis players. There isn"t just one thing that causes the athlete to burnout (the four concerns are listed above) Athlete perfectionism: if i don"t get it 100% right, i"ve got it all wrong, using the idea of perfectionism in places that might not require perfectionism, much more internal.
