November of 1773 3 ships of beic sail into british ports (dartmouth, beaver, eleanor ) You have 20 days to get everything into the customs house. Sons of liberty- assign guards to block ship entrance. 20 days later sons of liberty dress as mohawk indians and board the 3 ships and spend hours dumping the tea. Boston port act- as of june 1, 1774 boston harbor will be closed until all the tea is paid off. General thomas gage will appoint a new assembly -provincial congress.
