Lifelong learning process wherein you observe and identify communication models (personally + professionally) and use them to improve your communications with others. Make partnership agreements before entering into roommate agreements, business partnerships, etc. Many entrepreneurs have been in lawsuits and it just becomes a mental game of patience. Millenials and what we can do about stereotypes. Look at me - try asking and listening. No work ethic - ask what is success to superiors and then do it! Psychobabble - i was thinking about, etc. Offer people permission/leeway first before being critical. Oftentimes it helps to just directly ask them how you can communicate with them better / in their communication style. Be an echo chamber for someone who is having issues speaking up and forming + owning their own ideas (encourage them)
