The poor, marginalized at home and abroad, are disproportionately affected by global warming especially in the early stages. Radical greens are not only conscious, they go beyond making this observation. Their recommendation is that the wealthy should transfer resources and technology to the marginalized. This transfer is meant to help address global warming. They recognize the limits of industrialization and the free market. They call for significant regulation and cuts in greenhouse gases that are commensurate with the magnitude of the threat. Governments govern on behalf of their people, not humanity. The governing structure necessary to do this is not what we have. Without econ growth, which these plans hurt, you don"t have the resources to address global warming or the legitimacy to take the necessary measures. Ships to take tiny particles from seawater to alter types of clouds called a strata- cumulos. Carbon dioxide could be reduced by crushing and spreading out carbon absorbing minerals.
