Termination involving remedy to the wronged party. Existing law does the work without problem or need for remedy. You can void any contract when you are a minor. You can"t contract objectives and agreements that are against the law, ex: hit contract and technical illegalities (someone licensed in town x, works in town y, which is really close) Thought about the offer, showed a mutually of consent and are competent to do so, and what you are agreeing to do is legal = the court has to enforce. Consider and express an agreement, show that the parties agreed and thought/consider the agreement, then you have consideration. Mutually bargain for the exchange of legal benefit for legal detriment and legal detriment for legal benefit in the process of contract law school explanation. If the bargain of exchange was never articulated and the mutual benefit is not explicit, it has to be done in the abstract.
