Disruptions in normal sleep and/or wake processes. Significant distress and/or impairment in functioning everyone has crappy nights of sleep. Difficulty falling asleep more than one hour to fall asleep. Early-morning awakening with inability to go back to sleep ex: wake up at 4am every night. 3 nights per week for at least 3 months.
