What is Terrorism? Terrorism is the act of violence against a group or person usually for a
purpose.
1. Domestic Terrorism - An example of Domestic Terrorism is the World Trade Center
attacked also known as 9/11.
Terrorist Groups for Domestic Terrorism examples are Al-Qaidia and Taliban
Research on Terrorism
1. Domestic Terrorism is growing in the United States. Domestic Terrorism occurs because
the terrorist believe that they are during these attacks for religious beliefs.
How is the U.S Responses to terrorism?
1. Patriot Act was passed that states that the legislation is not drastic, and that law
enforcement and intelligence must be hampered in their pursuit of suspected terrorist.
Terrorism in England
1. London Underground attack- This attacked happen on July 7,2005. There were four
suicide bombers armed with explosives who attacked civilians. This attack was
motivated by Islamic Extremism.
2. Manchester Arena Suicide bombing - This attacked happen on May 22, 2017. This
happen at a concert hall in Manchester, England. The terrorist set off improvised
explosives.

and stricter security when it comes to owning a gun.
