February 16th 2016: discuss with your group. Tell me why the website gives you this impression. On the san diego zoo"s main web page, there is a large image of a panda. This image says the zoo"s purpose and message is the be inviting. I think this image was chosen and arranged this way because the panada is many children"s favorite animal. The audience is young children, parents, teachers, anyone who likes animals. The website gives me this impression because the colors are vibrant and inviting: discuss both the visual texts and the written texts. Here you can talk about color psychology and/or typography. The visual texts and written texts are both bold with the white font and easy to read on the darker background. These two different forms of communication work together on the website to make the fonts stand out and easy to read for the reader. These forms of communication work really well together.
