This model can be used to cause social change within the community. Through this model, individuals will be impacting the community effectively and humanely. There are three central tenets: the individual, group and community / society. Group aspect focuses on emphasis of collaboration and interaction between members and the individual. Individual focuses on the development of self, such as self-awareness and the things the individual values. Society emphasizes bringing change about for a common good of all. The seven c"s of the model include: consciousness of self, congruence, commitment, collaboration, common purpose, controversy with civility and citizenship. Each one of these relates to leadership differently.
