International structure is a social structure with three main elements: Broadly understood by a larger number of actors. Tangible things like economy size, electrical power, number of tanks, etc. You can not understand material resources without the social context. The united states is not too thrilled about it. From a material standpoint, the united states should be more concerned with great britain, however, that is not the reality. The british are allies to the united states, while north korea is not. Without the social context, the material resources, such as economic wealth and military power, can not be understood. Whether russia expands its armed forces versus britain expands, are too very different situations for the united states. Granted israel . 8 billion dollars worth of military evidence over the next ten years. There are a lot of other countries would not be extended the same courtesy. What states do to each other affects international social structure.
