Just soul: where each part foes it"s own work and does not meddle with the other. Each part has it"s own specific desires and values. Reason: the truth, the truth about what"s good, what"s best(truly good) Reason"s job is to rule the other parts and make the best decisions. Plato believes that in a bad person spirit or appetite has hijacked reason. Learning lover or lover of the truth: students, studies for a living. Spirit is supposed to be allied with reason. Plato believes the more you solve conflicts with reason the stronger you get. Money lovers- appetite is to strong, because money buys you your bodily pleasures, can actually get fixated on money. Means to an end, end beings goal and means being the way to get there. How the worst thing you can do is an unjust action.
