Soul with out prayer is paralyzed and needed. Its an activity to peruse got not a seeking. Makes you realize how great god is and your utter dependence on him. We don"t use prayer and it"s the highest. Meditation on god we are supposed to see god glory and enjoy god soring meditation soul needs to understand god to understand ones self. Emptying ones self self-pride and knowing you are dependent on god. You must be broken before you can be fixed. All humans are part of original sin, and christians believe that we cant be fixed and people cant do it on their own. Knowledge of god goes hand and hand with humility and dependence.
