(futile efforts) It"s possible to end suffering by letting go of jealously and all futile efforts: 8 fold path. There is only now, the present: mindfulness: being connected with the whole of things. Always being aware of everything that goes on: nature of reality- always impermanent, but always connected. God as you -has problem with talking to god through prayer, doesn"t believe the divine can be limited to one gender. It"s god"s will. - you can easily misunderstand, or misuse to way of god"s will.
