Let"s set up american govt. to actually fight cold wars. Adapt american success into other regions, learn to speak the language. Peace corps - send engineers, nurses, pharmacists, to help allies. Teach the people how to improve crop yield, healthcare, etc. Alliance for progress - extra work for western allies. Cuba - run by corrupt dictator, portions run by american organized crime. Poor people rose up, put fidel castro in power. He was a committed communist, who is friends w/ soviet union. Bay of pigs invasion - a group of anti-castro cubans were trained by american spy agency. Dropped them off at the beach, don"t worry about it the people will love you. Cuban army gunned them down, 1200 captured.
