Through trust, we gain cooperation: trust: the confidence among team members that their peer"s intentions are god, and there is no reason to be protective or careful around the group. The positive outcomes from conflict: at school: conflict can increase your achievement by motivating you to work harder. It is a learning experience that deepens your understanding of a problem. In your personal life: conflict can make you stronger and strengthen your relationships with others. In the workplace: conflicts bring certain issues out into the open and bring people closer. It can stimulate creativity and signal a need for change.
