Structural gender biases: constraints caused by gendered social structure and norms. Implicitly and explicit forms impact women"s lifelong political participation, educational opportunities, and career advancement, as well as access to health care and basic needs. Discrimination: negative thoughts or actions based on biases and stereotypes. Sexism: stereotyping, discrimination and prejudice based on gender, against women and girls. +women should be controlled and protected by men, kept separate from men. More women than men live in poverty: women are 50% of world"s population but 70% of those live in poverty. 2) more hours than men in paid and unpaid work. 5) most vulnerable workers e. g. worker"s rights, paid labor, social security. Women cultivate, plow and harvest more than half of all food in the world. In many countries girls and young women have outnumbered and outperformed boys and men at all levels of schooling for decades.
