Opens the doors to migrants from other parts of europe. Germany has a large migration during this time, motivated by economics and religious dispute. Settled in tight-knit communities in frontier areas and often retained much of their original language and culture. The colonies begin to transition from predominantly congregational or anglican to more diverse religious. More immigrants bring more diversity among religions. While catholicism and judaism remain predominately out of favor, many other denominations begin to appear.
