The degree to which a person"s values and style of working align to the organization"s values and mode of operation. St - the situation or task the candidate experienced. A - the action they took in that situation. R - the result of their action. Star answers to tell me about a time when questions. Address the task, the action, and the result they you did. Vague statements that sound great but don"t tell you what the person actually did. Opinions or beliefs about a topic, but not a specific example. They describe what the candidate would do, not what they did do. Determine who will be on the interview team. Complete the dimension coverage grid and determine which planned behavioral.
