Step 2: arrangement: arrangement is the order and structure of a presentation, basic speech organization arrangement, arrangement of topics in the body of the speech, arrangement of parts of your introduction. Step 3: style: style is the use and ornamentation of language within your speech, use descriptive, concrete language, use metaphors if you like, use narratives, use repetition. Step 4: memory: memory does not mean memorizing your speech! Step 5: delivery: delivery is the verbal and nonverbal techniques used to present the message, be yourself, be loud enough, use good eye contact! (cid:1)
