Egyptians tried to ensure something similar wouldn"t happen on the future. First time ever egyptians built a large army. Were safe before, soldier was not an honorable occupation. Established an army of 20,000 foot soldiers/ infantry. Soldiers had armor for the first time similar to hexus. Army divided into 4 units each named after an egyptian god. Created a chariot unit, chariot core of 3000 chariot teams, biggest chariot army up in until they felt they were chosen by the gods to rule the world this time. A chariot one guy drives the other guy fights/ shows power and wealth of a civilization. Created army to serve new purpose/ egyptians decided to go conquer an empire for the first time ever.
