The only difference between these disorders is the focus or target of sexual arousal. Being highly sexually aroused by nonliving objects. Any object can be the target of a fetish, but most common fetishes are women"s underwear, shoes, or products made of leather/rubber. Typically masturbate while holding, rubbing, or smelling object. May be unable to be sexually aroused w/o presence of object. Cross-dressing for the purpose of sexual arousal. Usually masculine heterosexual men doing it for pleasure, not drag queens . Person who dresses in the clothing of another. Often masturbates while cross-dressed, imagining self to be both male and female sex object of his fantasy. Most of these men get married and have children. Sexual urges involving being humiliated, beaten, bound, or otherwise made to suffer. Subjected to physical (ex: whipping) and/or psychological pain (shame, disgrace) Often do not enjoy painful experiences outside sex. Sexual arousal that involves inflicting psychological/physical suffering on a victim.
