School spanked him with a rubber hose for 15-30 mins to not make any marks. Died a few days later: no intent to kill, second degree murder, acted with malice. Man died due to exposure in a factory. Son tried to escape but father wanted him to die quickly: o, he tried to (cid:272)o(cid:448)er his (cid:374)ose a(cid:374)d (cid:373)outh (cid:271)ut that did(cid:374)"t (cid:449)ork, he took a shoelace and tied it around his neck and he died. Found guilty of murder in the first degree without a jury. Carr argued that the love making provoked him because he is always rejected by women.
