Each one of these three people would have a completely different perspective on life and the world in general. For example, the dental student might hold a grudge about getting kicked out of dental school for making one silly mistake. He might have an extremely bitter outlook on the world and think that everyone is trying to get him in trouble. Quite possibly, the dental student is angry and voices his opinion frequently. He must be intelligent though, because he did get into dental school in the first place. Before this incident, he probably valued the world and all the information in it, but afterwards, things just went downhill. His outlook became more negative and he was less interested in what other people had to say. On the other hand, the carpenter would appreciate everything in the world and wouldn"t take anything for granted. He would be kind and open to people and would be very good and reading people.
