Message influences: organization and how the message is constructed, novelty can make a difference, primacy (the first way you hear or see something will stick with you, recency (something heard or seen most recently will stick with you) Source influences: delivery, how a message is given influences it by either poorly constructed messages that can be misinterpreted or excellently constructed messages that allow for proper understanding, credibility.
