Growth and exploration stage hasn"t really changed. Women tend to be older bc they die later: this decreases the number. Women drop out when they have kids. Maternity leave is short so they may not be able to keep job and care for newborn in time they need. Women tend to move in and out of full time jobs more. Kids affect how much money you make. Women work part time jobs more than men. Treating someone differently in the job due to their gender. As an employer they won"t be invested in training someone who"ll be part time for a while: waste of money in their eyes. Certain things are not to be asked in an interview bc it may cause discrimination. Idea that women can rise in a company but cannot go further than a certain point. Hours required may play part bc females less likely to do more. Elderly do have decreasing bodily functions and mental functions.
