For contextual purposes, it means: the psychological addiction to a behavior, or habit that affects the body via the nervous system of the mind. Avoiding food and taking extreme measures to lose weight (exercising compulsively) Recurrent uncontrolled binge eating episodes followed by self induced vomiting. *these three eating disorders are sometimes connected to mental health issues. Depression is a very serious mental health issue . It is a serious illness that affects thoughts, feelings and the ability to function in everyday life.
